Me:  I don’t disagree with anything you say about the media, but the one thing to keep in mind about all media including RT, and all of the rest of the institutions you mentioned that are accused of being conspiratorial….is that they are all dominated by Finance. I’m not a conspiratorial type myself. I prefer to think of the problem as partial unconsciousness of present paradigms and almost complete unconsciousness of a new one and how to implement it. In this case a new monetary, financial and economic paradigm.

After all, Debt has been the ruling monetary, financial and economic paradigm for at least the last 5000 years. That spans virtually the entirety of Human civilization. If that doesn’t militate for a paradigm change I don’t know what does.

AK:   @Steven Hummel: isn’t that the case for the whole of the (western) world? Mr. Keen seems to argue just that: Yes that is a problem … but what If I finance an organisation with it which actually does something good? Is it then bad because of the way it’s financed? I think that’s nonsensical. And a case can be made that RT does try to further an alternative by discussing the problem in depth.

Of course not. The idea is not to destroy finance itself, just its dominance….and its abilities to continue dominating in the future. If you look at paradigm changes they are always inversions of primacy between the old and new paradigms, not destructions of the old.

That is wise (discerning not falling for appearencies), benevolent (economically gracious to all but those who exploit or dominate), effective (maintaining virtue in the world and watchful regarding vices and crimes) and sovereign (and so, when and where necessary, powerfully and yet judiciously sanctioning).

Governmental and economic Grace is a continuing process. It’s not one off innocuous policies. It may be one off dynamic, effective and resolving policy.  The point is that Grace is a dynamically continuing concept, set of actions and experiences. Its aspects and results are ongoing, and as consciousness and  broadening of understanding and acting in Life are also some of its aspects…..so is it also a continuing beautiful and ethical ascension of governmental and economic regulation….that political and economic/commercial leaders increasingly recognize as good for themselves, for the individual and for society.

…analogous to present time for an individual and for consciousness raising, as being fully and focusedly in the present moment is when and where all of the world’s wisdom traditions say self awareness/full consciousness/grace, which are the ultimate beneficial experiences in Life, are fully purposed and realized. One temporarily stops time by being fully conscious in, on and within the moment.

The moment of sale is when and where the most basic purpose of commerce and profit making economic systems is accomplished.  It is also where all costs and prices are terminally summed and ended for any item or service. That is they are at a full and satisfactory, if temporary stopping point in the flow of that item or service. No agent can ethically or legally claim more at the point of sale after it has been set and met. Thus, if a reciprocal monetary policy that reduces the price to the consumer at that point and then rebates the full discount back to the enterprise giving it….neither agent can be harmed and both can be benefited by such policy. 

….is the woefully unfortunate integration of a gun issue and a mental health issue? Doesn’t that sound like a more complete description of the situation and the all of the factors involved…that need to be resolved?

….everything completely integrated including time and space. In other words Grace is integrating because time does not stop, and Grace being love in action it is the expression of love in the space around you toward anything and everything including the other beings present there.  In other words it is the complete integration and continual integrating of inwardness and outwardness.
