I could not agree more that even worse than regulatory capture the system has been designed to favor the corporatocracy. It’s another aspect of the system that people are generally unconscious of. The lobbyists know what they are doing (although they have probably justified it mainly on the basis of other cultural/economic myths), but conscious conspiracy or unconscious justification….the result is elites dominating the general populace. My thinking is that the biggest problem is partial awareness of the problematic current paradigm and virtually complete unconsciousness of the new paradigm shift that is required to extricate ourselves from the patterns we are currently tied to. If we could self actualize many of the aspects of an encompassing and universally resolving concept like grace/graciousness, an aspect of which is love in action….then community action would be consciously pushed forward as an integral part of the new ethic.

In other words driving a stake through the heart of the business model at the very pinnacle of the corporatocracy’s pyramid of power, namely Finance, with a concept like grace as in gifting would decapitate the entire structure and again, as an integral aspect of the concept of grace is action, enable a greater awareness of the necessity of acting for justice and the Good NOW wherever you exist and at this particular moment.

The Discount Policy Actually….

….operates as an auxiliary banking system that deals in Monetary Gifting instead of Debt. It takes advantage of the digital debit-credit nature of the money and pricing systems and of double entry booking in order to reduce prices to the individual and to commercial consumers and then as a rebate of those discounts back to the merchants who gave the discounts in the first place.

Orthodoxy is the mind, consciousness is the moment in both the mind and the temporal universe.

It’s apparent that we require a new paradigm/pattern. All of the statistical modeling of DSGE and even heterodox approaches that do not clearly see that the current monopolistic paradigm of Debt Only needs to become secondary to a new paradigm of direct and reciprocal monetary gifting….need to open their minds to that historically rhyming inversion. All tweaking of theory and policy within the old paradigm, i.e. mere reforms are simply “epicycles”.

If You Step Back and Look At Central Bank Operations….

….that attempt to keep the money supply, inflation, interest rates, etc. etc. etc. in reasonable balance it becomes more clear to you how complex the system has become, and also how such operations perfectly reflect how the Ptolemaic astronomical paradigm introduced “epicycles” into their thinking in order to explain anomalies….and yet still failed to resolve them.

We are so overdue for a new monetary and economic paradigm instead of continually trying to tweak theory and pursue incremental reform. Consult Wisdom and History.

If You Do Not Tie Monetary Policy Directly To The Pricing System/The Point of Sale…

….you do not deal with the fact that in modern economies total costs and so total prices will always exceed total individual incomes simultaneously produced. If you don’t you also would introduce Time/a time gap between policy and its effects, and at least once removed abstractionism into theory instead of direct and conscious looking at commerce and its moment to moment operations.

Every major wisdom tradition tells us that direct experience of the present moment is where self enlightenment is to be found, and reflectively it’s also where economic and monetary policy enlightenment is perceived and achieved.

Buckminster Fuller New Paradigm Quotes

“We are powerfully imprisoned by the terms in which we have been conducted to think.”

“Since the initial publication of the chart of the electromagnetic spectrum, humans have learned that what they can touch, smell, see, and hear is less than one-millionth of reality.”

“If I ran a school, I’d give the average grade to the ones who gave me all the right answers, for being good parrots. I’d give the top grades to those who made a lot of mistakes and told me about them, and then told me what they learned from them.”

“Today’s news consists of aggregates of fragments. Anyone who has taken part in any event that has subsequently appeared in the news is aware of the gross disparity between the actual and the reported events. We also learn frequently of prefabricated and prevaricated evens of a complex nature purportedly undertaken for the purposes wither of suppressing or rigging the news, which in turn perverts humanity’s tactical information resources. All history becomes suspect. Probably our most polluted resource is the tactical information to which humanity spontaneously reflexes.”

“Few realize that political action offers little solution to the world’s major problems. Few understand that the elite have created political parties in order to prevent real change from ever taking place. The political arena is merely the “sty” in which two or more mutually hostile agencies, created by the same hidden hand, get the chance to pummel one another. As alternative researcher Juri Lina so brilliantly put it: When the left wing Freemason is finished, the right-wing Freemason takes over The point has been emphasized by many an insider: The elementary principle of all deception is to attract the enemy’s attention to what you wish him to see and to distract his attention from what you so not wish him to see – General Sir Archibald Wavel The world’s power structures have always ‘divided to conquer’ and have always ‘kept divided to keep conquered.’ As a consequence the power structure has so divided humanity – not only into special function categories but into religious and language and color categories – that individual humans are now helplessly inarticulate in the face of the present crisis. They consider their political representation to be completely corrupted, therefore, they feel almost utterly helpless”

“Something hit me very hard once, thinking about what one little man could do. Think of the Queen Mary — the whole ship goes by and then comes the rudder. And there’s a tiny thing at the edge of the rudder called a trimtab.
It’s a miniature rudder. Just moving the little trim tab builds a low pressure that pulls the rudder around. Takes almost no effort at all. So I said that the little individual can be a trimtab. Society thinks it’s going right by you, that it’s left you altogether. But if you’re doing dynamic things mentally, the fact is that you can just put your foot out like that and the whole big ship of state is going to go.
So I said, call me Trimtab.”

“We should do away with the absolutely specious notion that everybody has to earn a living. It is a fact today that one in ten thousand of us can make a technological breakthrough capable of supporting all the rest. The youth of today are absolutely right in recognizing this nonsense of earning a living. We keep inventing jobs because of this false idea that everybody has to be employed at some kind of drudgery because, according to Malthusian Darwinian theory he must justify his right to exist. So we have inspectors of inspectors and people making instruments for inspectors to inspect inspectors. The true business of people should be to go back to school and think about whatever it was they were thinking about before somebody came along and told them they had to earn a living.”
― R. Buckminster Fuller

“I live on Earth at present, and I don’t know what I am. I know that I am not a category. I am not a thing — a noun. I seem to be a verb, an evolutionary process – an integral function of the universe.”
― R. Buckminster Fuller

“Never forget that you are one of a kind. Never forget that if there weren’t any need for you in all your uniqueness to be on this earth, you wouldn’t be here in the first place. And never forget, no matter how overwhelming life’s challenges and problems seem to be, that one person can make a difference in the world. In fact, it is always because of one person that all the changes that matter in the world come about. So be that one person. ”
― R. Buckminster Fuller

“When I am working on a problem, I never think about beauty…….. but
when I have finished, if the solution is not beautiful, I know it is
wrong.”
― R. Buckminster Fuller

“I’m not trying to counsel any of you to do anything really special except dare to think. And to dare to go with the truth. And to dare to really love completely.”
― R. Buckminster Fuller

“Everything you’ve learned in school as “obvious” becomes less and less obvious as you begin to study the universe. For example, there are no solids in the universe. There’s not even a suggestion of a solid. There are no absolute continuums. There are no surfaces. There are no straight lines.”
― R. Buckminster Fuller

“If you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don’t bother trying to teach them. Instead, give them a tool, the use of which will lead to new ways of thinking.”
― R. Buckminster Fuller

“Everyone is born a genius, but the process of living de-geniuses them.”
― R. Buckminster Fuller

“I am enthusiastic over humanity’s extraordinary and sometimes very timely ingenuity. If you are in a shipwreck and all the boats are gone, a piano top buoyant enough to keep you afloat that comes along makes a fortuitous life preserver. But this is not to say that the best way to design a life preserver is in the form of a piano top. I think that we are clinging to a great many piano tops in accepting yesterday’s fortuitous contrivings as constituting the only means for solving a given problem.”

Ideas Are…

….the second order genesis of everything. Second? Yes. Because consciousness itself is the first. I don’t care whether you define consciousness as supernatural or utterly natural, it is a reality, and it is the absolute genesis of everything human.
