Keating was an excellent reformer/palliator and the negative results you accurately enumerate are the result of not perceiving and following through with a paradigm/entire pattern change which is an order(s) of magitude deeper and more permanent moment of progress.

Paradigmology ironically can be summed up in the applied/applicable aspects of two words: grace and wisdom because grace as in loving and resolving action in the temporal universe/graciousness is the highest wisdom and wisdom is all about integrative resolutions of opposites.

Even a cursory analysis of the benefits of every historical paradigm change reveals that they are all aspects of the natural philosophical concept of grace like a new realization/increased awareness of truth and how to apply it, greater temporal universe abundance, greater survivability, greater and deeper integrative resolution of a problem/problems etc. etc. etc. aspect of the ultimate wisdom of the philosophical concept of grace…strategically applied.

We need a Wisdomics-Gracenomics to resolve the destabilizing monopoly paradigm for the creation and distribution of all new money, that is the applied concept of Debt Only by integrating Strategic Monetary Gifting into the Debt Only system most efficaciously with a universally participated in policy of a 50% Discount/Rebate at the various retail payment points in the economic process.
