Income taxes can be drastically cut in a directly distributive pure fiat money system. However, deduction abuses in the tax system is all too often a reality. Thus instead of paying 21% corporate income tax you would have progressive rates of say 5% for $0-500,000 profits, 7.5% for $501-$2,000,000 profits and 10% for over $2,000,000 profits, However, when the corporation’s taxable income reaches zero all management are assessed half of the lowest corporate rate in addition to their individual income tax rate.
Everyone pays far less than now, but everyone indeed does pay. An aspect of grace is sovereignty after all.
