#1  In no uncertain terms implement a publicly administered non-profit making banking and money system so that money and cost are no issues for research, innovation and the implementation of any projects that are necessary to attain and maintain ecological sanity and sustainability.  Human and other species survival are not negotiable monetary or economic issues.

#2  Encourage competition, innovation and prudent consumption, and discourage things like waste, planned obsolescence and maximum indebtedness.

#3  Acculturate the ultimately balancing natural philosophical concept of grace and all of its various imminently applicable systemic economic, monetary and personal aspects.
