Paradigms and Structural Changes

One of the beauties of a paradigm change is that it is minimally destructive of present structures while transformative of them at the same time.  The only structures that are destroyed are those that presently actively dominate and would impede the beneficial effects of the new paradigm. In this sense such destruction is completely ethically justifiable and in fact necessary for the full beneficial accomplishment of the paradigm change.
