Correct. The central bank is god…in chains. Thats because it was created by finance to support Finance’s monopoly paradigm of Debt Only…and then to bail Finance out when that paradigm destabilizes the domestic economy. So just give every individual and every commercial agent an account with the central bank and have the central bank break up the monoply paradigm of Debt Only with a UBI and mandate them to create and distribute the rebate aspect of a 50% Discount/Rebate at the various points of retail sale throughout the economic process.

Voila! Private Finance no longer stands astride the planet like a colossus and economics is enabled to act rationally about global warming, the search for zero point energy and becomes the best friend forever of everyone including the banks whose market for their “product” is vastly increased because now everyone is not only creditable, but they can now afford not only a first home but a second one as well.
