The FED is the ultimate monetary authority and so also the ultimate creator of money. It has bailed out banks and other financial agents many times since its inception and it is time to make it The General Reserve by mandating it to create and distribute the monies of the 50% Discount/Rebate policies of the new monetary and economic mega-paradigm change.

This is the urgent job of all legislators on both sides of the aisle, and the pharisees/economic pundits and theorists and banks/other financial agents/oligarchs/powerful wielders of the present paradigm need to bow to that and the obvious benefits of Wisdomics-Gracenomics.
