Have every candidate who says they are for the policy sign a legal document that they will follow through by making enacting that policy their very first action when Congress convenes after the election…or they’re constituents will immediately recall them and replace them with someone who is more honest and will follow through on that promise.

No lying and no fiddling around with the freedom that a paradigm change effects.
