We need to amend The Federal Reserve so as to make it The General Reserve that makes the various debits and credits of the 50% Discount/Rebate and other policies of the new monetary paradigm. This makes the central bank the BFF of EVERY economic agent individual and commercial instead of the handmaiden and bail bondsman of only the private banking system and their present monopoly paradigm for the creation and distribution of all new money AKA Debt Only.

The universality of benefits of the policies of the new monetary paradigm make this politically powerful if not inevitable because we the people are many and those who would oppose this are few, and the political truism that people vote their pocketbooks is indeed also true.
