This single policy intensely rewards both every consumer and every legitimate merchant at the very purpose point of economics (a sale of goods or services). It does this with a gift of purchasing power which doubles the individual’s economic abilities, and a gift of money to the merchant which is the very tool of survival and profitability. So it accomplishes the goal of both socialism (universal economic democracy) and capitalism (economic gain).

It also transforms the negative emotional and mental stress that modern economic systems fraught with oligarchy, greed, uncertainty and instability foist on the general populace into the greatest opportunity for EVERYONE to self actualize gratitude with its gracious gifting to again, EVERYONE.
