The former always get morphed/regressed back into what the ruling elites want in order to maintain their dominance. The latter is such an obviously progressive event that the mass of the populace will not tolerate any reversion to the old paradigm. Hence, reform is a futile and actually unethical process and paradigm change is the only logical, effective and ethical path forward….especially when virtually all of the signatures of a paradigm change have been met and policies to accomplish the paradigm change have been discovered and elucidated.
