The Trump Administration is incorrectly and unnecessarily divisive on the issue of NFL players kneeling during the national anthem. Both respect for the ideals that the flag represents and patriotic protest of systemic racial problems have validity. Suggestion: As Wisdom is the integration and discernment of the truths and only the truths in apparently opposite perspectives why not be tolerant of people kneeling in protest during the anthem and then at the point where the lyrics state “…gave proof through the night that our flag was still there” ….rise and place one’s hand over their heart out of respect for the flag, American ideals and a patriotic pledge to attain and maintain them.
When in doubt integrate truths.
