Yes, there is an awakening slowly taking place in economist’s minds, and can also occur in the public’s mind. But tweaking Keynesianism will never actually resolve the deepest problem of the economy and money system. Grace as in monetary Gifting is the concept that underlies all cutting edge economic theory and monetary reform. That new paradigm is what finally will resolve instead of palliate the problem, and needs to be presented to both the general populace and the small to medium sized business community. I have suggested a Project Wisdom and Monetary Grace as in Gifting where it is explained how having more money placed directly in the individual’s hands is in the self interests of both businessmen and the consumer. This is a natural economic alliance. These are very large constituencies and such a grass roots organization is the equivalent of a “New Powell Memo”.
