The only way that realities are perceived is to actually look at them as opposed to not looking or just regurgitating opinion or theory that is half baked and/or erroneous. Looking is right below knowing on a scale of conscious awareness. Knowing is attained via integration which is combining only the truth(s), workabilities and applicabilities of apparently opposing ideas, conditions or theories and maintained via a continual feedback loop on the integrated duality from which it arose.
