If an enterprise or group of enterprises collude with each other to raise their prices beyond a competitive level more than a single month consecutively they will come under close scrutiny by the government; and if it is determined that they are non-economically and unnecessarily raise prices…despite the elimination by the government of most of their re-distributive taxation, then they will be taxed for such collusion and for the totality of such anti-social/unappreciative behavior.
