Grace binds Public Finance….and also Private finance, but in different (freeing and binding) ways.

Private banking must be de-throned and neutered by taking away its ability to leverage funds up.  Public Banking will be able to leverage and loan, but be bound to and by the ethical concept of Grace and also cede the ultimate and original creation of any new finance to the National Credit Office (NCO)  whose policy mandates will also be aligned with Grace.
