The term presence, that is presence in present time, is often used in describing consciousness. Grace is also described as sovereign presence and power. Analogously structural Public Banking is a continual temporal presence of the power of money creation in  the interests of the individual, and a central public bank a  sovereign entity in ultimate control of the entire system.  An aspect of Grace/Consciousness is thereby reflected in Public Banking as it is in each of the leading economic and monetary theories and reform movements.
