If one wanted to do something constructive very quickly they would try to rally the two numerically large more empathetic and constructive entities of the society and the economy, namely the individuals and small to medium sized businesses,  to lobby the numerically small number of Banks to surrender their monopoly on credit creation, their false claim to ownership of the credit they create out of nothing and their arbitrary insistence that credit only be extended for production instead of for both production and/or consumption.
