According to the monopolistic Demon of Finance the two monetary phrases that must never be spoken are “grace the free and additional gift” and “retail discount to consumers that is graciously rebated back to merchants”. No religious statements are these, but transformative to temporal systems they are nonetheless. All of the European dualities Yanis Varoufakis mentions themselves are the unintegrated and hence inevitably conflicting reasons why Europe will remain fragmented and at war with itself….unless an integrative concept, a transformative word and action like grace is made philosophy and policy in the economic and monetary systems.  Only then will the Demon be saved from itself…and peaceful European union become the reality.
