Monty Python/SNL Skit

It’s like economics is caught in the stress and confusion of contemplating a zen koan, and the answer is and has always been Satori, Grace, Conscious awareness applied to the problem.

What Is The Sound of Inflation and Lack of Individual Purchasing Power Clapping Together?

Zen master gives novitiates the koan above.

Austrian novitiate: (frantically, after a moment of contemplating the koan)  Let the economy deflate!…even if there isn’t enough money in the hands of individuals to make the economy function. Businesses and individuals must be punished until they learn austerity and respect for God the Market who cannot be questioned, improved upon or interfered with in any way! There ain’t no free lunch, economics is economics and it must not be integrated with any other disciplines! Government? No!….No! No! No! NO!

Keynesian/post Keynesian novitiate: (In a scholarly tone upon contemplating the koan for 5 seconds)  We must inject a liiiiitle more money into the economy, into the system first. Make work. Build bridges to no where, bury money and have people be employed to dig it up, raise the minimum wage. Government? Yes, but only give money to businesses, and only to people after they’ve worked for 45 years at inadequate wages and been further taxed in order to deserve the benefits and their natural creativity, energy and flawed but basic goodness will have been habituated to doubt, confusion, cynicism and hopelessness.

Social Credit novitiate: (Calmly and with an initial reaction of awe that builds to an enthusiastic conclusion) The system destabilizes itself because of its rules. Give people a direct payment so they can be free and the system can actually function as theorists think it should, and then there will be a permanently good investment climate. Seeings how the system will still tend toward destabilization periodically discount prices to the point of mathematical equilibrium of total costs and total individual incomes available in each moment of time. Government? Deal with problems as they arise, but emphasize an ethic of Love in action, that is Satori, Grace, an effortless focus on the moment wherein space, time and one’s own consciousness are one….and all but the most damaged or broken will find their own constructive purpose in a joyously freedom affirming society.

(all other novitiates look around momentarily confused, and then go about their duties of “chopping wood and carrying water” in a calm and cheerful manner)

Economics 3.1

Economics needs an upgrade philosophically, psychologically and ethically. How obvious is its cozy relationship with power and wealth? How alloyed by, and allied has it been with ideology instead of being an objective seeking after truth? How paltry, mere and small are its driving forces of profit and control when stood next to more expansive, inclusive, integrated, elegant and ethical ideas like Grace whose aspects not only reflect the ideals of economic theory and policy, i.e. balance, equilibrium and flow, but also Grace as in the free gift which is the way to balance the glaring monopoly of credit and the dominating paradigm of Debt enjoyed by an overweeningly powerful financial system? Why not counter this monopoly with monetary gifting to the individual and so bring virtual equilibrium and free flowingness to technologically advanced and super productive modern economies whose glaring problem is distributing its abundance? Is the financial system entitled to hold a monopoly in an alleged free market system? If the indicator of recession is always insufficient individual actually spendable income in the hands of the individual, then how is a routine supplement to individual incomes not its solution? If inflation is a chronic aspect of modern economies how is a policy of a periodic gift of a discount to retail prices not the solution to such inflation? The economy and economic philosophy and policy are broken. The adult response to that brokenness are remedies that fix the actual problems. How much psychological relief for both individuals and businesses would result from the implementation of these gifting policies, and how much increased energy, renewed positive and constructive purpose and synergistic creativity would those same policies unleash in individuals and businesses? The rational self interest of both businesses and individuals is perfectly aligned with and hinges on the upgraded philosophy and policies of a paradigm  of gifting. Let us have gifting securely implemented with post haste!

So what are we waiting for to do that particular upgrade???

Wisdom, Actual Wisdom

Equilibrium is a fallacy, ergodicity is a fallacy. The economy and economic theory is chaotic and in a state of chaos. So what does one do in such circumstance? You integrate equilibrium and disequilibrium, ergodicity and non-ergodicism. As Wisdom is the integrative process itself…we need to actually consult it. We’ve tried everything else. Wisdom and its pinnacle concepts is the way out and the way home. Grace the free monetary gift is the perfect and only idea/paradigm with sufficient resolving power on all levels to virtually equilibrate a monetary system inherently in disequilibrium, dominated by Banks/the financial system and their retail product Debt. See it wasn’t really that hard. That’s the power and practicality of Wisdom, actual Wisdom.

Transformation vs Reform in Humans and Human Systems

Attention/Consciousness-Awareness Itself is the Key to Understanding that Immediate Transformation Rather Than Slow and/or No Actual Reform is the Rule, Not the Exception in Life and Living and in Human Systems as Well

Likewise, seeing that as a numerical amount of money re-circulates it is transformed from money into business revenue as it is received by the business it is sent to, and then again as that expensed amount of it finally reaches the individual and becomes income…is the key to understanding the basic problem of economics which is a scarcity of total individual actually spendable purchasing power in ratio to total costs/prices. In other words labor costs are only a subset of total costs and hence as a flow in all commerce, the rate of total costs/prices will inherently exceed the rate of flow of total spendable individual purchasing power.

Grace is Both Gifting and Sharing. Thus it is a Combination/Integration of the Economic and Ecological Viewpoints.

Individual monetary scarcity is the underlying and inherent reality of the commercial system and yet money is digital and virtually limitless. Integrating these two realities and additionally keeping ecological consideration in mind is the remedy to the scarcity of purchasing power, the distribution of our incredible productive potential and controlling growth on a finite planet as well. Gifting of purchasing power and sharing of resources/product are the answer….and not coincidentally gifting and sharing are both aspects of the word/concept of Grace.

Grace: The Ultimate Paradigm Changing Idea

It’s a deep and actual experience

It’s resonant with human freedom and human consciousness, hence it is aligned, universal, powerful and moving

Its aspects are of God, however one may, or even may not conceive of him

It is an integration of truth(s) that by definition are combining, expansive and ascendant

It is both a naturalization of Spirituality and a re-sacralization of Nature…at the same time

Economically and monetarily it perfectly opposes, balances and brings flow/fluidity to the current dominant paradigm of Debt

Compromise vs Integration

Social Credit is an integration of truth(s) not a compromise that enforces the untruth(s) of two opposing theories/philosophies. This is why political compromises are both generally ineffective and short lived, and why actual integrations are powerful and ascendant.

Paradigm Change: A Time For Boldness…That Generally Results in Chicken Shitness That Has Many Causes

Habituation to the present Orthodoxy/Zeitgeist/Paradigm

Lack of historical knowledge about and character of good science and scientific breakthrough

Habituation to and idolatry of the objective mindset resulting in habitual lack of confidence

Shyness about taking a bold step due to career and/or reputation considerations

Mindset flaws of puritanism, absolutism and prematurism (chosing truth too soon before comprehensive/integrative study)

Lack of knowledge about the power and insight that comes with actual Wisdom

Lack of the study of Wisdom itself

Lack of the contemplation of words/concepts/experiences of Wisdom
