Because it integrates the normally opposed self interests of merchant and consumer by wildly benefiting both agents with the equal increases in both purchasing power (consumer) and demand for goods and services (merchant).

Its what will peacefully accomplish what Marx wanted (economic democracy and revolt of the bourgeoisie) and stabilize, rejuvenate and begin to bring ethics to capitalism by integrating the relevant aspect of the natural philosophical concept and highest human ethic AKA grace (and in this case Gifting) into its very purpose and everyday activity (the point of exchange which is retail sale).

Its the heart and soul of what I call Wisdomics-Gracenomics.

Consumers/workers and merchants/bourgeosie, unite!
