The Wisdom Counsel of Grace. Why?

Because the consideration that a decision is legal is still often tarnished by personal bias and political partisanship, while Wisdom is the complete intellectual integration of opposites to the point of a thirdness greater oneness of a duality/problem/legal issue, and is also the natural philosophical (not necessarily religious) concept of grace as in love in action in the temporal universe and so is the ultimate ethic, and ethics are the rational consideration of mere black/white/dualistic morals.

Its not a redundancy, but a quadrinity, the fourth state beyond trinity of not only completeness but considering the implications of continual completeness analogous to the state beyond satori/the point of enlightenment, and aiming for and pointing at samadhi, which again is the state of continual enlightenment.
