…like 95+% of the bonds that fund that deficit go to the banks and the wealthy…who can afford to purchase them…and don’t really need that gift. And this is why the 50% Discount/Rebate gift of price at retail sale is so beneficial…because it benefits EVERYONE. It is in fact the very expression of economic and monetary democracy, and the greatest stabilization of capitalist economies since forever.

Which means what? That it fulfills the goals of both capitalists and socialists so its an integration of those opposite theories that effects a true thirdness greater oneness/synthesis which is the cardinal signature of historical paradigm changes. It would usher in what I call Wisdomics-Gracenomics.

Look at it, get excited about it and get on the band wagon mass movement that will inevitably herd every pol toward implementing it.
