The accounting and currency insights of MMT are true. Full stop. However, its shortcoming and the shortcoming of every analyst that I have encountered is: they only analyze money systemically and so fail to analyze money conceptually. (Caps are for emphasis not yelling) Paradigms are CONCEPTS…and new paradigms of course are NEW OPERANT APPLIED CONCEPTS that RESOLVE THE ANOMALIES OF THE PRESENT PARADIGM and PERMANENTLY CHANGE TEMPORAL UNIVERSE REALITIES…SO WHY DO EVEN MMT LUMINARIES LIKE MOSLER, HUDSON, KEEN NEGLECT MONETARY CONCEPTUAL analysis and ONLY analyze SYSTEMICALLY? The best anyone will accomplish with systemic analysis is palliation of a problem. DO CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS FIRST THEN APPLY THAT CONCEPT TO THE SYSTEM.
