New Policy: Pay Churches To Distribute A Daily Stipend To Their Congregations (especially children) If They Show That They Have Acted To Self Actualize Grace By Meditating On Its Aspects While Looking At Things Around Them

The church gets to keep 1% of the total stipend and distributes 99% to the individuals of their congregation.

This is not establishing or inhibiting a particular religion, but enabling the highest spiritual experience known to man.
