Its not to encourage increased consumption. Its more to provide monetary and economic security by cutting the dominating parasitical costs of finance/the monetary paradigm of Debt Only, and with sufficient sticks/regulatory and carrots/ecologically sane purposes to better and more quickly enable the changes to permaculture, de-centralization/simplification, and the mass acculturation of Wisdom via universally participated in everyday activities that will result in the greater and faster self-actualization of Wisdom’s pinnacle concept grace as in love in action (or any of the words for that concept/experience used to describe the ecstatic experience of god) in ourselves and in all of our systems.
