…does not resolve the problem. It must be an integration of Public creation of all new credit/money….and a new monetary and economic paradigm that has the ethical mandate to benefit both the individual first, last and always and simultaneously the commercial agent and entire system as well.

And only a paradigm changing concept can accomplish that because the above integration IS the entirety of the economy….and that’s what a paradigm is…a single concept that changes everything in a beneficial way.
