As grace is synonymous with full consciousness and consciousness is the one thing that is universally present in each and all of us human beings so it both unifies and decentralizes whatever it (grace) is applied to. Hence, the greater one’s awareness and self actualization of the aspects grace the more they will realize both its simultaneously encompassing and individualizing character.  After all, a large part of the entirety of the concept of grace is the thorough integration of the truths in opposites.
