Wisdom/Integration being the process of becoming more and more conscious, if you’re not consciously integrating everything you see, do, feel and think, then you are by definition and to one degree or another unconscious. And as grace is the pinnacle and active experience of consciousness, integration is the route toward Wisdom, fuller consciousness and grace as in graciousness.
