The simple and wise decision would be to jubilee the debts away and keep the economy on a path of roaring profit and price deflation with the policies of an abundant universal dividend in addition to what one made via work for pay and an equally high percentage discount to retail prices. The problem is Wisdom and the concept of monetary grace as in gifting is at best mostly unconscious and at worse mistaken for foolishness.
