Integrate, integrate, continuously integrate.

Advocate what actually applies, what works best and what is most ethically  true for each individual and everyone…and then keep on doing that.

Love, love, continuously love.

Be gracious, act graciously, continuously be and act graciously.

Be aware of, but personally ignore the fact that the world is not perfected yet. The best and smartest way to help yourself and the world is to create the happiest, most cheerful, most aware and yet most enthusiastically loving and caring you that you can create.
