Employment guarantees are so old paradigm. Only after the new paradigm’s necessity is cognited on (Grace as in monetary Gifting and Grace as in granting of beingness) will a semblance of actual stability return and austerity and xenophobia lose their pernicious grip on the mind of Mankind.
