The trick is to cognite on what prevents the economy from being free flowing and prosperous for virtually everyone first….and then develop a philosophy and ethic that the overwhelming majority can then, having been liberated from the constant threat of austerity and anxiety, think rationally enough about energy and ecology to direct the political, corporate and financial authorities…to implement policies that will accomplish such.
